Regan Beebe is a counselor living in Prince George, BC. She received her Master’s in counseling from the University of Northern British Columbia in 2016. During her practicum at the Community Counselling Centre downtown Prince George, Regan became pregnant with twins. Her two boys arrived just weeks after completion of her program. After 2.5 years of full-time motherhood Regan is excited to be working at Walmsley, and connecting with her community again.
Regan completed her BA of Psychology at the University of British Columbia Okanagan in 2009, shortly before moving to Prince George. Before pursuing her Master’s Regan received a diploma from the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition, and is a Registered Holistic Nutritionist. As well she became deeply connected to the yoga community of Prince George, earning both her 200hr and 500hr Yoga Teacher Training designations from South Okanagan Yoga Academy.
Regan is an enthusiastic learner who draws inspiration from many therapeutic models, but as an empath she leans strongly toward a person-centered approach in her counseling. She believes in creating a safe, warm environment for her clients so they may feel heard and respected. She works with individuals and couples with a variety of life, and mental health challenges.
Regan loves yoga & meditation, her backyard forest, paddleboarding, flowers, and fresh, local food.
