We all have times that we feel stuck, unhappy, or lost. Kirsten offers guidance, helpful skills, and an unbiased ear in these times. She provides a confidential space to explore problems and find a path through them. Kirsten sees counselling as a process of discovery, with the client and counsellor working together. Clients bring knowledge of themselves and Kirsten brings guidance to move them forward. She can help manage difficult emotions, improve relationships, regain motivation, change unhelpful patterns, and create a fulfilling life. Kirsten has experience treating addiction, anxiety, depression, stress, and personality disorders.
Kirsten has worked in the counselling field since 2010. She has her Master’s degree in Counselling Psychology and is a Registered Clinical Counsellor.
