If you are either:
- calling for the first time,
- re-activating service or,
- wanting to change counsellors
Our intake specialists at one of the phone numbers above will be pleased to take your call and match you with the counsellor of your choice.
We will ask you for the following information:
- first and last name,
- telephone numbers,
- permission to call and leave a message,
- your address,
- permission to send you correspondence,
- your employer if you are covered by an Employee Assistance Program (under no circumstances will your name be released to your employer without your permission),
- in some cases, employers ask that we report your union,
- and the general reason why you are coming (this is so the counsellor has some idea why you are there).

If you get our voice mail...
Some calls will go through to our voice mail when our lines are busy. We have found that people prefer to leave a voice message rather than get a busy signal. During times of high call volume we check the voice mail frequently so please leave a message for us if you choose to. Under normal circumstances we can return a call within one hour.

Intake and Administration Staff
Our intake specialists answer the incoming calls and would be pleased to assist you in obtaining further information and answering your questions. They will also take the time to match you up with a counsellor based on your individual needs and the counsellor's therapeutic background and availability.
