First, please call our intake personnel at 1-800-481-5511 to provide us with the necessary information to start the process and determine what may be the best mode of service delivery for you: video conferencing (web-cam), text messaging (chat) or email.
Second, you will need hardware for video conferencing (ie: webcam) and you will need to download and set up the necessary software to facilitate dialogue (ie: skype, safe-mail).
Third, set up your software and/or account and provide this information (ie. Skype username and/or safe-email address) to the Walmsley and Associates intake personnel prior to your first session.
