Jeremy completed his Master's degree in Counseling from Thompson Rivers University in 2017. With a diverse background working across mining, forestry, and public education sectors, Jeremy brings a unique perspective to his counseling practice, particularly skilled in navigating the specific challenges these industries face.

Jeremy’s approach to therapy is trauma-informed and client-centered, integrating motivational interviewing, cognitive behavior therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT). He is committed to tailoring his therapeutic approach to meet the individual needs of his clients, focusing on empowerment and enhancing self-esteem by addressing the root causes of their concerns.

Jeremy's primary goal is to empower clients by increasing their understanding of the underlying issues they face. He strives to create a supportive environment where clients can explore their thoughts and emotions safely and constructively.
