CARRI-ANNE CASTLE
Carri-anne takes a client-centered approach to counselling; she believes that the client is the expert in their lives and she fosters the therapeutic relationship between the client and herself. Carri-anne draws upon cognitive behavioural, solution focused, and strength based theories to inform her practice. She has worked with clients from diverse backgrounds with various needs. Carri-anne uses the client’s strengths to help develop a plan that is tailored to meet the needs of the individual.

Carri-anne graduated with her Bachelor of Education from the University of Northern British Columbia in 2007, and completed her Masters in Counselling through Athabasca University in 2017.
Carri-anne is a member in good standing of the BC Association of Clinical Counsellors, membership no: 19092.
