ADELINE DUPUIS

Adeline graduated with two masters in Psychology from University Paris 7 in France, and holds a certificate in Marriage and Family therapy.

She has been working with families and individuals with a diversified range of backgrounds and pathologies such as:

  • trauma and abuse
  • grief and loss
  • self-esteem
  • relationship issues
  • LGBTQ issues
  • addictions
  • anxiety
  • depression

Adeline thinks counselling can benefit everyone if they feel they’re not living fully.

Adeline works with a client-centered approach, meaning she responds to each person with an individualized approach and helps her clients to gain insight into the patterns and behaviours that no longer serve them well in their lives.

Adeline believes each individual is unique in his or her challenges and as a counsellor she chooses to walk along with the client on his or her own path. Her therapeutic approaches include components of:

  • cognitive behavioural
  • goal oriented
  • family systems
  • narrative therapies

Adeline has been living in Quesnel since 2014 and enjoys being a part of this community and the great outdoor possibilities it offers.

Adeline is available to see clients in Quesnel on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday’s afternoons.
