Shields, Barbara

Barb has been working in the counselling field in a variety of environments since 1992. She works with individuals, couples, and families in the areas of stress, depression, anxiety, anger management, conflict resolution, relationship enrichment, and trauma. Barb is trained in critical incident debriefing, EMDR, and Satir Couple and Family therapy.
Barbara has a Master of Counselling degree. She is trained in Eye Movement Desensitization.
