Awareness & Education
Walmsley and Associates takes a leading role in implementing awareness and education activities to ensure that employees are aware of the services available to them. We feel that employees are the most important assets to a company and both employees and their families should be aware of their benefits. The Walmsley and Associates Education and Awareness program takes a consistent and proactive approach to employee awareness of these programs. We also endeavour to educate the family by as many opportunities as possible. This is done effectively through fridge magnets, participation in Company Health and Wellness Days, and sending home information by any means possible.
A Walmsley and Associates Liasion Counsellor can be made available to visit the worksite at your convenience and when most appropriate for communicating to as many employees as possible. As your employees become aware of who we are by seeing us at the worksite, then they can feel more comfortable about accessing the service.
