Val Weed

Val has worked as a social worker since 1970.  She has practiced in Prince George since 1976.  Her major areas of work include family and children's issues with a strong background in family violence. Val has also had direct experience in the mental health field (psychiatric social work), sexual assault cases, and adolescent issues. She has also been involved in social work education in the Prince George community with experience teaching course work for the University of Victoria and University of BC Schools of Social Work.

Val has a Bachelor of Arts degree (Psychology major) from the University of Toronto and a Masters Degree in Social Work from the University of British Columbia.

Val is available to see clients in Prince George on Tuesdays.
