Jim Rowland

Jim received his B.ED., and M.ED., in counselling Psychology from the University of Victoria in Victoria, British Columbia.  In 1978 he went to Fort Nelson, BC, where he taught and counselled in the school system for five years.  In 1983 he ventured to the Cayman Islands where he coordinated and implemented the first special needs integration program.  Upon leaving the Cayman Islands in 1987 he returned to Canada and began working as a school counsellor for School District #59, Peace River South in Dawson Creek, BC

Jim is accepting new referrals in Dawson Creek.
