Azula Houghton
Azula has worked in private practice since 1990. She has worked with Mental Health Services in both adult and youth teams since 1992. Azula has a holistic approach when working with clients and encourages people to attend to the mind, body and spiritual aspects of self. She has considerable experience working with individuals and couples as well as assisting parents in their parenting skills. Azula specializes in depression, anxiety, stress management, loss, life transitions, and abuse issues.
Azula considers it an honour to assist others to empower themselves as they progress on their journey of healing and transformation.
Azula has a Masters degree in Educational Psychology from the University of Alberta.

Azula's office is located in the medical building at the corner of View and Cook St, Victoria. The office address is 106 - 1175 Cook St. and is accessed from the courtyard at the back of the building.
