Jenny DeReis 

Jenny has worked in the social services field since 1988. She received her Bachelor of Psychology Degree from the British Columbia Open University and her Masters of Counselling from the Campus Alberta Applied Psychology Program. She has a Certificate in Substance Abuse Prevention and a Certificate in Counselling Adult Survivors of Sexual Abuse, both from the Justice Institute of B.C. Her particular interests are in relationships, depression, addictions, self-esteem, and stress management. She works from a person-centred approach and focuses on examining the feelings, thoughts, and behaviours that contribute to a person feeling stuck. She believes in identifying and building on the uniqueness and strengths of each individual and empowering them to take responsibility for their lives.

Jenny takes appointments in Prince George Monday thru Friday.
