
Lana Coldwell
Lana has a variety of skills in counselling which include: reality therapy, hypnotherapy, art, and play therapy. She works with a variety of clients including families, couples, and individuals. Her areas of expertise include working with women, anger management, self-esteem issues, parenting issues, parent and teen conflict, family mediation as well as couples counselling.
Lana is certified to administer the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) which is often used for couples, team building, and employee relationships. The MBTI may help a person gain a deeper understanding of themself in relation to others.
Lana has a Bachelor of Social Work degree from the University of British Columbia and a Master of Social Work degree from the University of Northern British Columbia. She is a certified reality therapist and has extensive training in hypnotherapy. Lana has been working within the counselling field since 1990.
Lana is currently working as an instructor at the College of New Caledonia (CNC) in the Social Services Diploma Program.
